Brief: This role is for a senior sales manager comfortable and experienced managing teams selling into the IT Operations space, across a fair cross section of industries.
Reporting: This position will report to the CEO
Excellent track record of managing an enterprise sales team;
Proven ability to close 6 figure deals and manage the sales cycles;
Experience building and developing a product or services sales organization;
Experience selling enterprise software is needed. A prior experience selling and managing teams selling virtualization (VMware/Citrix), or monitoring/management solutions (e.g., Network Management, Enterprise Management, Application Management) is highly desired.
Solid sales training background and proven discipline to establish and track the sales process

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Marketing – with the Board and staff, plan and direct the implementation of a comprehensive marketing and ecommerce plan to generate additional revenues for the organization.
Product Development-be the thought leader and change agent in the introduction and development of new product offerings.

Critical Performance Objectives/Responsibilities:
Oversee financial management, general accounting and control, reporting and treasury activities, and third party contracting activities in a fully compliant, high integrity manner.
Ensure that the appropriate performance measures are in place to capture and analyze financial information about the operations of the company and generate relevant reports for all levels of company management.
Maintain knowledge of the current payor environment including pending/ potential regulatory and reimbursement changes that may impact the business and/ or shape budgeting and strategic planning activities.
Develop long-term financial plans and strategies, create and help present Board presentations, etc…
