CRS is a PASSIVE and active candidate research solution offered by LHI, that allows end user clients and internal corporate recruiting teams to have access to a proprietary process that integrates  Investigative Executive Search Methodologies with the Best Practices of Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), Social Media Analytics and Email Marketing.

SERVICE OFFERINGS

— Tier 1:

  • Provides access to targeted search results extracted using CRS’s  proprietary engine that crawls all major social networks and job boards for your optimal candidate (including, but not limited to: LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Monster, Indeed.com)
  • Results will include active candidate resumes via all major job boards.
  • Passive candidates: a qualified list of contacts (verified name, title, email and phone number) for your company to evaluate and activate recruitment efforts against.
  • Timing:  search results are typically delivered within 2 days.
  • Value:
    • Saves your team time in sourcing a list of qualified candidates
    • Ensures discretion in your company’s recruitment efforts

  • Timing:  warm leads are typically delivered within  3 days.

  • We currently subscribe to Monster and CareerBuilders. Hoovers, LinkedIn and Candidates Direct – we also use tools such as Dice, Ladders, Careers in food, Medzilla and other job boards as our clients have these subscriptions and we use them to source candidates for their office only
  • Free resources used: AIRS Techniques, Google and others free sites

Candidate Sourcing (Passive Candidate Search)

  • Identify candidates, who may not be actively looking for a job, from the  companies operating in your preferred vertical
  • Source candidates with job titles that you are looking for, from various sources
  • Submit sourced candidates with contact information such as email and phone number.
  • Resources used:  LinkedIn, company websites, AIRS techniques, Google, Broadlook, ZoomInfo, Hoovers, LexisNexis, Data.com & others sources.

Search for Open Positions for Marketing Support

  • Visit websites of companies in your target market on a regular basis
  • Identify open positions in specific areas of your interest

Searching for profiles in LinkedIn
Individual profiles can be searched using the following options:  Keywords, Name, Title, Company, Industry, Location and Zip code.
Keywords support Boolean such as AND, OR (case sensitive).

Additional Tasks after searching from LinkedIn
LinkedIn does not offer phone numbers and e-mail addresses online (except 1st level Connections). We help our clients find this information by doing a Google search based on the current company and current location at which the person works.
