Once your hourly bill rate or day rate is established, we find the best candidate for your position. Once you agree on the candidate we conduct all necessary background checks and then we hire the candidate for your interim assignment. For purposes of your interim assignment we are the employer of record, thus we handle all the taxes, insurance, benefits, payroll funding, payroll processing etc. You pay one simple invoice. Our recruiting and employee processing fee is built into the hourly rate or day rate.

Employment Outsourcing Services

Have you already found the perfect candidate, but do not want to add him/her to your payroll? We hire the employee and handle all administrative and accounting employment functions. You pay one simple invoice. How much will it cost? Since you do not need our recruitment services this outsourcing service is provided for a reduced nominal service change.
